Welcome to Sugar Mummy Ireland. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.
1. Who May Join
- You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Every member confirms their age at registration, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors are removed immediately and reported where appropriate.
- You must register as yourself and provide accurate information. Fake identities, impersonation of another person, and profiles created on behalf of someone else are prohibited.
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
2. What This Site Is
Sugar Mummy Ireland is a dating community that connects adults for consensual relationships with openly agreed terms — often described as sugar dating. The platform provides profiles, discovery and on-site messaging.
We are a venue for introduction and communication. We do not verify members' identities, backgrounds, income or intentions beyond basic moderation, and we are not a party to any arrangement members make between themselves.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- use the site for any illegal purpose, or to solicit, facilitate or advertise prostitution or any transactional sexual service;
- ask other members for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, "verification fees" or banking details — money flows from sugar mummy to sugar baby, never in reverse, and any request in the wrong direction is a bannable offence;
- harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk or abuse other members in any way;
- share another member's private photos, messages or personal information outside the platform;
- scrape, copy or harvest member data, or use bots, scripts or automated tools on the site;
- post content that is defamatory, hateful, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- misrepresent your age, identity or intentions, including posing as a sugar mummy in order to defraud sugar babies.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches these rules, at our sole discretion and without refund.
4. Safety and Member Conduct
Members are expected to follow the community safety standards described in our FAQ: meet first in public places, keep communication on-platform until trust is established, and report suspicious behaviour. We investigate reports promptly, but you are responsible for your own decisions and interactions, online and offline.
5. Content You Post
You retain ownership of the photos, text and other content you upload. By posting content, you grant Sugar Mummy Ireland a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm that you own or have the right to share everything you upload, and that your photos genuinely show you.
6. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have under Irish and EU data protection law (GDPR).
7. Disclaimers and Liability
- The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that any member is who they claim to be, or that any arrangement will suit you.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, for disputes or arrangements between members, or for any loss arising from your use of the site.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, for safety reasons, or where required by law. Deleted accounts are removed from public view; certain records may be retained for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
